Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines to minimize downtime and maximize player experience.
  • Assist with theme conversions and slot machine moves to maintain a dynamic gaming environment.
  • Verify slot machine integrity to ensure accurate payouts and prevent potential issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the gaming team to resolve technical issues and improve overall gaming experience.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures, including Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations.

Requirements

  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent working experience and education with a background in electronics.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a Slot Operations, Electronics, or related field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages and ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to a high-volume, fast-paced, shift work environment.
  • Registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
