MAC Manager

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MAC Manager to join our team. As a MAC Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering facility moves, adds, or change projects, including coordinating furniture installation and Sustainable Furniture & Office decommissioning services.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver facility moves, adds, or change projects, including furniture installation and Sustainable Furniture & Office decommissioning services.
- Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and BGIS's success.
- Ensure adherence to financial and procurement policies and procedures.
- Monitor contractor Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure they align with approved budgets and quotes.
- Develop and maintain measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery performance.
- Community College/ Vocational / Technical Diploma required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Effective time management and project coordination skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in moves, add, change, furniture installation, decommissioning, and facility planning.
- Ability to deliver non-technical projects according to requirements, on time, and within budget.
