Job Title: MAC Manager

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MAC Manager to join our team. As a MAC Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering facility moves, adds, or change projects, including coordinating furniture installation and Sustainable Furniture & Office decommissioning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver facility moves, adds, or change projects, including furniture installation and Sustainable Furniture & Office decommissioning services.
  • Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and BGIS's success.
  • Ensure adherence to financial and procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor contractor Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure they align with approved budgets and quotes.
  • Develop and maintain measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery performance.
Requirements:
  • Community College/ Vocational / Technical Diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective time management and project coordination skills.
  • Skilled in strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • 1-3 years of experience in moves, adds, and change projects, furniture installation, and decommissioning services.
