    • Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Inventory Management and Control
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
