Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dessert shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop our food service staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Hire and manage a team of food service staff to meet the demands of our busy dessert shop.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on shop performance and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment
