Partner with UX designers to create intuitive UI/UX designs and mockups for effective communication with clients and developers. Conduct technical demonstrations for potential and existing clients, providing support during the sales process and assisting the sales team. Gather functional requirements from clients through needs assessments, aligning them with existing technical features for implementation planning. Identify technical challenges and consult with the development team to offer recommendations to the Product Owner.
  3. SUPPORT & DOCUMENTATION:

Manage the QA/Support team to implement acceptance and security testing, ensuring compliance during the staging process. Design and execute risk mitigation strategies for projects.
  4. TRAINING:
Deliver training to clients when the support team is not available to do so.
