Rite Alliance Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the financial operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and hiring, training, and directing staff.
Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to achieve financial goals
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve high performance
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers
- 5 years or more of experience in financial services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
The successful candidate will work in a consulting firm, on-site customer service, or investment company environment. The work setting will be on-site, with no option to work remotely.
