Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for developing policies and administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures to support business development initiatives
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas
  • Plan and develop development projects to support business growth
  • Develop venture capital sources to support business investment
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Design and implement business plans to support business growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
