Business Development Officer

Heritage Investment Corp is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to promote industrial and commercial investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment
  • Administer programs to encourage investment in rural and urban areas
  • Plan and develop development projects to stimulate economic growth
  • Conduct research on marketing strategies and social or economic surveys to assess development potential
  • Design and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
