Position Summary:

We are in search of a motivated individual to join us as a Maintenance Crew Member. As our company expands, you will have the chance to grow into more advanced roles.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Crew Member, you will:

  • Act as a front-line employee, providing exceptional care in your role.
  • Perform essential landscape maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and service, including mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, engaging in physically demanding tasks, and lifting/carrying weights between 35-80 pounds regularly.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the following day.

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Attendance: Regular presence is crucial to meet our customer service objectives.
  • Budget vs Actual Hours: Effectively managing time at each job is vital for profitability.
  • Return Rates: Maintaining high-quality standards to minimize the need for rework.
  • Customer Retention: Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Utilization of Software & Processes: Leveraging tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for the Maintenance Crew Member position, you should have:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related service industries.
  • A willingness to undergo training within six months if you lack prior experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

The pay range for this role is between $16.00 and $18.00, based on your experience in lawn care or landscaping.
