Position Summary:

As a vital member of our maintenance crew, you will contribute significantly to providing exceptional service to our clientele. Whether you are an aspiring General Manager or an accomplished supervisor, we are eager to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontline Contributor: The essential workforce, delivering outstanding care and attention to every assignment.
  • Execute fundamental landscaping duties with a focus on quality and service, including mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, and edging.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, engage in physically demanding tasks, and lift/carry heavy materials as necessary.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the following day.

  • Utilization of Software and Processes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or related service sectors.
  • If lacking experience, a willingness to undergo training within a six-month timeframe.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is competitive and is determined by your experience in lawn care or landscaping.
