Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Team Member who is eager to grow with our company. As we expand, there will be opportunities for you to progress into more advanced roles.

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Team Member, your duties will include:

  • Front-Line Operations: You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and care.
  • Landscape Maintenance: Perform essential tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning with a focus on quality and service.
  • Physical Work: You must be prepared to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying weights between 35-80 pounds regularly.
  • Daily Preparation: Ensure that all tasks are completed and organized for the following day.

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Attendance: Consistent presence is crucial for meeting customer service objectives.
  • Time Management: Balancing budgeted hours with actual time spent on jobs is essential for profitability.
  • Quality Control: Strive for excellence to minimize the need for rework.
  • Customer Relationships: Building strong connections with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Utilization of Tools: Effective use of software and processes to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related fields.
  • A willingness to undergo training if lacking prior experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $18.00, based on your experience in lawn care or landscaping.
