Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts, including major accounts
  • Prospect customers according to market development strategies and the vision of the competition strategy
  • Develop territory and accounts receivable plans and coordinate their execution in collaboration with strategic partners and vendors or team members
  • Perfect your knowledge of the vegetable market, and sales strategies
Requirements
  • College or university degree in business administration or a related field, with a specialization in sales or marketing
  • More than ten (10) years of experience in sales and marketing in retail or food industry or agribusiness
  • Excellent level of English, in both written and oral communications in order to serve local markets in Ontario and British Columbia
  • Has an excellent network of contacts in the food industry
  • Has a valid driver's license
  • Has a passport that is valid for the required period
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Retail Link and/or I-commerce
