Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Best Western Thompson Hotel & Suites. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a clean and well-stocked breakfast area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve breakfast items to guests, including hot and cold beverages, pastries, and other breakfast foods.
    • Restock breakfast supplies and maintain a clean and organized breakfast area.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Ensure the breakfast area is clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
    • Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
  • Guest Service
    • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Answer questions and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.
