About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Advisor to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and communities by providing exceptional service and expertise in risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Account Executive with administrative client work, including preparation of information for the Marketing Department and/or the Prospect/Client.
  • Prepare certificates, renewals, and other client-related documents.
  • Field client queries and provide timely responses.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Level 1 General Insurance License or interest in obtaining is required. A Level 2 General Insurance License is strongly preferred.
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
  • Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
