About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Risk Specialist to join our team at LHR Global - Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Financial Risk Management Department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing risk exposures, designing strategies, and procuring insurance to protect assets and mitigate liabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and mitigate risk exposures to ensure the company's assets are protected.
  • Design and implement insurance strategies to minimize liabilities.
  • Procure insurance and reinsurance placement structures to optimize risk management.
  • Develop and advise on risk and insurance policy and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical industry, or a major corporate organization.
  • Professional certification in insurance or risk management is preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive monthly base salary.
  • Monthly over base of 25% of monthly base salary.
  • Benefits supplement of 20% of monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 3 years, 30% after 6 years, and 35% after 12 years.
