Role Overview

As a Key Holder, you will report directly to the Store Manager, focusing on providing an outstanding customer experience by ensuring that every customer feels valued, cared for, and confident.
Responsibilities (What you will be doing):
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
- Execute register operations while leveraging your sales, promotions, and product expertise to enhance add-on sales.
- Oversee the sales floor and ensure that all visual merchandising standards are upheld.
- Manage store opening and closing protocols.
Qualifications (What you will bring):
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
