We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise-level clients and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in B2B software sales to effectively communicate the value of RouteThis's innovative platform and secure deals.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for target accounts within the enterprise market.
  • Present RouteThis's vision and value proposition to prospective clients, including VP and C-level executives.
  • Manage a pipeline of multiple enterprise solution sales with varying purchasing cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to gather customer feedback and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Track all opportunity and customer details within our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Exceed quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure high satisfaction levels within accounts.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
  • A successful track record of closing deals exceeding six figures.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively navigate complex sales cycles and build consensus among multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of opportunities.
  • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives is highly desirable.
  • Team-selling and telecommunications experience is a plus.
