Job Summary

Rough Riders Trucking & Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from our warehouse to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods, including preparing bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that goods are properly stored and secured.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to shipping and receiving.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, including scheduling distribution and determining the most efficient routes.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Warehouse
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependability, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability
