Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at 2407609 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and shipment of goods, including verifying inventory levels, preparing shipping documents, and arranging for transportation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse, including receiving and storing goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: MS Excel, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
