Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Consult with customers to understand their automotive service and repair needs, providing personalized solutions.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service and any changes in the repair process, in their preferred communication method.
  • Offer additional services and accessories that may enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry or in a similar frontline customer service role with transferable skillset.
  • Proficiency in using, or eagerness to learn, automotive service software and computer systems.
  • A solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements.
