Ecolab is seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join its leading Pest Elimination team. What You Will Do:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to solve pest problems together
  • Stay updated on Ecolab's offerings and industry conditions to provide expert solutions
  • Use technology to manage service and document pest issues, ensuring seamless communication with customers
  • This position involves heavy work, requiring physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Position Details:
  • Must reside in the Lower Mainland region
  • Route territory includes the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Whistler, and Kelowna
  • Work week and shift: Combination of day and night shifts, with some overnight travel required

Ecolab provides a top-notch training program to help you excel in your field. You will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters during the training period.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of work or military experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and be on-call during off-hours
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in various conditions, including wearing a respirator
  • Physically able to perform essential duties of the position
  • Must obtain required pest certification as per law
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to sell value-added products and services
  • Previous pest elimination industry experience preferred
