Key Responsibilities

  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee overall human resources planning.

Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a focus on efficiency.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent
