- Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring they are aligned with business strategy and goals.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of the company's interests.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions, ensuring effective leadership and management of the team.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring effective management of resources and alignment with business objectives.
- Team Size: The Marketing Vice President will be responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 people, or more than 20 people, depending on the organization's needs and goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills are essential for this role, as the Marketing Vice President will be required to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities is critical for this role, as the Marketing Vice President will be required to respond to emerging issues and opportunities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary for this role, as the Marketing Vice President will be required to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment.
- Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role, and proficiency in English is essential.
