- Team Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, ensuring effective team management and leadership.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring effective management of resources and adherence to company policies.
- Team Size: The Marketing Vice President will be responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 people, or more than 20 people, depending on the business needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills are essential for this role, as the Marketing Vice President will be required to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities is critical for this role, as the Marketing Vice President will be required to be flexible and responsive to changing circumstances.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are essential for this role, as the Marketing Vice President will be required to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization and time management.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment.
- Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role, and proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Work Hours: The Marketing Vice President will be required to work 35 to 40 hours per week, depending on business needs and priorities.
