About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to support one of our retail centres in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, from initial consultations to ongoing support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert diagnostic audiological tests and evaluations to identify clients' hearing needs
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in the selling, fitting, and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology
  • Work closely with front office staff to book appointments and manage client flow
  • Ensure compliance with operational and quality assurance guidelines

Requirements

  • College Diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or University Degree from a recognized Audiology program or equivalent
  • Current registration in good standing with a regulatory college or provincially recognized licensing body
  • Minimum 1 year of diagnostic/dispensing experience (not applicable for initial practice registrants)
  • Current knowledge of hearing health care products and services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and colleagues
