About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer-Aided Design Specialist to join our team at Jot Construction Work Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Prepare engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design software.
  • Design Sketching: Develop and prepare design sketches to visualize and communicate design concepts.
  • Specifications and Estimates: Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Write technical reports and complete documentation packages and drawing sets to support project delivery.
  • Specifications Writing: Write specifications to detail design requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Physical Capabilities: Work in a standard office environment with occasional travel to project sites.
  • Language and Hours: Work in English and commit to 32 hours per week.
