About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer-Aided Design Specialist to join our team at Jot Construction Work Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Prepare engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design software.
  • Design Sketching: Develop and prepare design sketches to visualize and communicate design concepts.
  • Specifications and Estimates: Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates to ensure project feasibility and budget adherence.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Write technical reports and specifications to document design decisions and project progress.
  • Documentation Packages: Complete documentation packages and drawing sets to facilitate project execution.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
