Job Title: Sales and Promotions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Promotions Coordinator to join our team at JMJ & CO. INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Design and execute programs to promote our products and services.
  • Prepare Written Material: Develop reports, briefs, and website content to support our marketing efforts.
  • Publicize Activities: Promote events, workshops, and meetings to raise awareness and drive engagement.
  • Act as Spokesperson: Represent our organization in a professional and positive manner.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions.
  • Gather Communications Material: Research and prepare communications materials to support our marketing efforts.
  • Initiate Media Contact: Establish and maintain contact with the media to promote our products and services.
  • Prepare Educational Programs: Develop and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
  • Deliver Presentations: Present at conferences, workshops, or symposia to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
