Job Title: Sales and Promotions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Promotions Coordinator to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Toronto Downtown. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and promotional strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and promotional plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted campaigns
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies
  • Design and implement marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
