Job Title: Sales and Promotions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Promotions Coordinator to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Toronto Downtown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales and promotional activities to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales and promotional activities to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote our services and products
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders to communicate sales and marketing results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain sales and marketing databases and systems
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales and marketing software
