Agile Centre of Excellence Lead

Aviva is seeking a seasoned Agile expert to lead the Agile Centre of Excellence, driving delivery excellence and high team satisfaction across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Agile Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive Agile roadmap, aligning with Aviva's business objectives.
- Lead Agile CoE Team: Manage a team of Scrum Masters, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Agile Scaling and Coaching: Coach and train teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, ensuring successful adoption and scaling.
- Agile Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key Agile metrics, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Agile Maturity Assessments: Conduct regular Agile maturity assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
- Onboarding and Training: Develop and deliver onboarding materials and training programs for new teams and initiatives.
- Industry Representation: Represent Aviva at Agile industry events and communities of practice, staying up-to-date on the latest Agile trends and best practices.
- 10+ Years of Agile Experience: Proven track record of delivering Agile solutions as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner, leading 3-5 teams.
- Expert Agile Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks, with a focus on Scrum.
- Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of insurance or financial services business, with the ability to apply Agile principles to complex business problems.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence individuals and teams.
- Agile Certifications: Hold certifications in CSM, PSM, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
