**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst Intern, the successful candidate will assist in the coordination and management of ongoing projects related to environmental innovation and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Create Data Dashboards**: Develop and maintain data dashboards related to operations, providing insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • **Interpret Data and Provide Insights**: Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to management, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • **Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely completion of projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • **Project Planning and Management**: Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective project management.
  • **Progress Tracking and Reporting**: Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • **Research and Documentation**: Conduct research and support the preparation of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • **Vendor and Supplier Management**: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery of project materials, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • **Meeting Facilitation**: Attend project meetings and take detailed notes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Ensure project deliverables meet high quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • **KPI Setting and Analysis**: Set and analyze KPIs for projects, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and project management platform, Click-up.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
