Job Title: AI Content Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Content Moderator to join our team at 2K. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and context-based classification of online content.

Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining language expertise in tools, using knowledge of language and cultures to ensure accurate classification.
  • Classifying words/phrases based on a defined taxonomy of online harms.
  • Reviewing chat data to ensure accurate classification and address misclassifications as needed.
  • Analyzing data for trends and creating classification improvement plans based on impact.
  • Identifying and adding vocabulary based on client requests, global issues, current events, and other trends.
  • Collaborating with the Client Success team to answer client questions and assist in tackling problems they may be facing within their communities.
  • Participating in developing new and better ways of detecting content intended to circumvent content moderation.
  • Supporting product testing when needed and identifying and reporting product outages.
Requirements:
  • Native level fluency in Spanish.
  • Deep understanding of cultural specificities that govern language usage.
  • Ability to follow and execute deliverables according to a planning autonomously and on constrained timelines.
Technical Skills:
  • Native speaker of Spanish.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite.
  • Willingness to be exposed to unpleasant content at times.
  • Experienced gamer.
  • Studies in cultural fields for the locale (sociology, ethics, education, anthropology, etc.).
  • Experiences related to inclusivity, child protection, or legal protection.
