Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at NEXT GEN COM TECH INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
  • Conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure fair and consistent evaluation
  • Research and recommend employee benefits and health and safety practices to enhance employee well-being
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers to ensure fair and equitable terms
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
