Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Spices of Punjab Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Create and implement new menu items, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and meet our high culinary standards.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our culinary needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our kitchen operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our culinary team.
  • Certifications: Food safety certifications and any other relevant culinary certifications.
