Requirements
  • Hospitality Experience: 1 year of experience in guest services in the hospitality industry.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work quickly and multi-task, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with a second language an asset.
