Join Valnet Inc. as an Asset & Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Asset & Investment Analyst to help run the acquisition lifecycle and manage our internal investments. The ideal candidate must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, pipeline growth, capital deployment, valuation, negotiating, and integration/management.
  • Manage our internal investments by leading/co-leading operations with content/business partners and driving operational/financial results as per budgeted expectations.
  • Assist investment team's needs with ad hoc requests, including operational and financial modeling/budgeting/tracking/KPIs, while also assisting with special projects/reporting/meetings/presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, VC, or corporate development.
  • A strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
  • A strong self-motivated learner with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • An affinity for adtech, media, or technology.
