- SWOT Analysis: Assist in and support SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Workflow Process Documentation: Document workflow processes to provide clear, detailed descriptions of business processes.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis for complex business transformation initiatives within multi-entity organizational environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholder priorities, resolve issues, and navigate complex transformations.
- Prioritization: Minimum 7 years of experience in effective prioritization of tasks and activities, using various inputs and checks to ensure proper prioritization.
- Requirements Elicitation: At least 5 years of experience engaging with business unit and technical subject matter experts for requirements elicitation and process definition.
- Communication: At least 5 years of experience in interactive communication and presentation, including eliciting requirements, facilitating workshops, and prioritizing requirements.
- Visual Process Modeling: Minimum 5 years of experience producing visual business process models and architecture diagrams.
- Operational Procedures: At least 5 years of experience developing operational procedures, standards, and policies to achieve business outcomes.
- Cloud SaaS Implementation: Experience in at least one cloud SaaS implementation with significant business transformation is preferred.
- ERP Solutions: Experience with ERP solutions, especially in Human Resources, Finance, and/or Procurement, is preferred.
- Education and Certification: A University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline, or a certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Professional Certification: Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP, is required.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including business owners and executive-level directors and VPs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, investigative, and research skills to dig deeper and uncover insights.
- Deliverable Production: Proficiency in producing detailed deliverables from communications and interactions, such as presentations and reports.
