Job Summary

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a retail environment.
