Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

At Sun Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that any discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of warehouse activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to health and safety, quality, and environmental management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role, with a proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating teams.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive process improvements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management) an asset.
