Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

At Taro Pharmaceuticals, a leading provider of specialty pharmaceuticals, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with production, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools and technologies.
