Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sightseeing tours and provide exceptional customer service
  • Create engaging and informative tours
  • Ensure the smooth operation of tour vehicles and activities
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception and booking appointments
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and track current feed inventory
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
  • Provide clients with information and answer their inquiries
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for extended periods
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
