About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Creative Director to join our team at Media.Monks. As a key member of our creative leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Creative Development: Partner with our Group Creative Director and other Creative Directors to elevate the creative expression of our client brands to new levels of excellence.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with senior and day-to-day clients to understand their vision and objectives, and present creative concepts and ideas persuasively.
- Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with senior business leaders to shape growth strategies for creative services and work with cross-functional teams to tackle client goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Innovation and Quality: Contribute to the creative process from concept ideation to production, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and innovative work.
About You
We are looking for a highly creative and imaginative individual with a strong visual and design aesthetic, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You should have a strong desire to build and nurture diverse teams and nurture diverse perspectives, empowering the voices that are both close and abroad. You should also have a strategic thinker with the ability to connect creative ideas with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of global experience working for a wide range of clients and brands, ideally agency and/or on client-side.
- Strong creative background with a focus on digital and innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to think clearly and contribute constructively to discussions and strategy during the entire creative process, from concept through production.
- Self-motivated, hard working, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
