The role of a Cleaning Operations Associate is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities at the EMBASSY GRAND CONVENTION CENTRE. This position involves various cleaning tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness.
  • Furniture Maintenance: Dust and clean furniture to ensure a tidy appearance.
  • Textile Care: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Room Preparation: Make beds and change sheets in guest rooms.
  • Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Specialized Cleaning: Disinfect operating rooms and other critical areas.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure safety and hygiene.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items responsibly.
  • Guest Assistance: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or information about facilities.
