Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs to enhance their experience.
  • Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and assess quality and production levels of security services.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on progress and other relevant matters.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Evaluate work environments and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent injuries.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervision Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of more than 20 security personnel.
Certifications Required
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certification
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Completion of a criminal record check.
  • Verification of a valid driver's license.
  • Driving record check (abstract).
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Enhanced reliability security clearance.
Transportation and Travel
  • Possession of a personal vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
Work Environment
