Solution SFT is seeking a talented and passionate Lead Rendering Developer to join our cutting-edge team dedicated to creating next-generation visual experiences for flight simulators.

As a key member of our development group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of immersive simulations by leveraging your expertise in rendering technology to deliver state-of-the-art visuals and innovative capabilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Spearhead the development of core rendering features, engine components, and essential tools.
  • Conduct research and implement groundbreaking rendering techniques to push the boundaries of visual fidelity.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to tackle complex technical challenges and ensure seamless integration.
  • Continuously refine and optimize rendering techniques to achieve the highest levels of visual quality and realism.
  • Maximize rendering engine performance for real-time operation while maintaining exceptional high-fidelity visuals.
  • Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and promote best practices.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and advancements in the rendering landscape.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise as a rendering engine programmer with a strong track record of developing maintainable and efficient code.
  • Extensive experience in rendering, including exceptional 3D mathematics skills, in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge rendering techniques, understanding of current graphics hardware, APIs, and shader programming languages.
  • Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience thriving in a cross-disciplinary development environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
