Role Summary
The Digital Project Management Office at UHN is on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the Digital Patient Experience initiative. This role is pivotal in managing the planning and execution of projects designed to improve the digital interactions for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to develop business cases and project roadmaps
- Oversee comprehensive program planning and execution for diverse projects
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to implement project strategies
- Ensure project management standards are upheld regarding scope, timeline, and budget
- Supervise project personnel and facilitate their professional growth
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage procurement processes and vendor partnerships
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of project management methodologies
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory
- Experience within healthcare settings is advantageous
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
