We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Project Manager to ensure the effective management and execution of several complex and time-sensitive initiatives supporting the PL Product team.
Your role will involve leading the coordination and realization of the strategic product vision and objectives, ensuring that product outcomes align with business goals and the strategic roadmap established by PL Product Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand program priorities and assist in the daily management and overall execution of key initiatives.
- Facilitate effective working relationships and delivery of PL Product "Run the Business" initiatives.
- Prioritize and organize tasks, adjusting as necessary when challenges or risks emerge.
- Document minutes, action items, and deliverables during meetings, integrating them into project plans as appropriate.
- Coordinate deliverables with Communications, Linguistics, Change Management, and other relevant business areas.
- Identify and track issues and conflicts, eliminate obstacles, and resolve or escalate project challenges.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in collaboration with IT, delivering personal lines insurance products and enhancements.
- Proven experience in leading project teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile, and/or SCRUM methodologies.
