Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Support Technician to join our team at Paul Gupta & Associates. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and applications are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical systems and processes
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical staff
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
